This was the the first of "Meet and Mingle" for first year / second year and new to the majors.

Professor Buzas welcomed everyone and we informally talked about the club, STAT stuff, DS stuff.  We noshed on PIZZA.

Club advisor, Jacob Martin, prepared a STAT activity for us to work on.  I think he secretly was planning to give me a hard time -- knowing that I am clueless about contemporary popular people -- because I don't own a cell phone nor do I watch a lot of contemporary TV Shows or Movies. (Advisor, K. Merrill).
